Compiler error (syntax error -- `vcvtne.s32.f32 s15,s0')

Hi,

I just want to share my experience and also pls give me guidance if I assume wrongly. I am trying RT-Thread Studio with Vision board. I am testing example project for OpenMV and found a compilation error. Upon searching it is due to well known bug (Binutils (gas) bug). The fix I used is to change compilation option. Here is detail (https://sourceware.org/git/?p=binutils-gdb.git;a=commit;h=656412a7a4da0aef43ead1ea976ba0235a7ec30a)
