The issue still exists.
The issue got fixed for me after using VPN
I have the same issue, just found out that the link in package manager is wrong:
The '&' between 'iotproject' and 'Name' is missing.
Same as in the other links. I bypassed it clicking on the double arrow on the right of 'Components and services' and made the search from there.
Should the source of the package manager be modified or is it a locale problem?
