excluding files randomly

After configuring in RT Thread Settings, click Save. Studio will automatically include some files in the compilation and exclude some files from the compilation. What are the specific details of the problem

Yes I know how the studio works (save etc.), but it seems to be doing things by it's own. For ex. packages aren't even in the pkgs.json file still some packages exist physically. And some times even if parts of a package (ex. samples) are included, it may exclude them suddenly, and vice versa. I already skiped the new version and went back to 2.2.5, and no updates in a long while, too buggy.
I only tested 2.2.6 a few days...
