Hi! This is still unsolved. Any suggestion? Powershell seems to be called upon project creation, should the full path be specified in some configuration?

Quite old post, but just in case someone is still using Windows 7 be aware that the issue is related to Scons not supporting Windows 7 anymore.

But if you just ignore the message the process goes successfully to the end.
